Been super busy still shooting mostly weddings, but also portraits & families.
Went to girls camp (as a leader now...) & had a blast! We camped in Star valley & got to go river rafting down the snake river, SO COOL! We also had some very spiritual experiences and had to exercise our faith when we got 2 out of 4 cars stuck in very deep mud!
Roxi had her puppies! Last night in fact! After about 5 hours of labor, she had 2 girls and 2 boys! All are healthy & cute as can be!

Lily (Roxi's daughter, who is my Mom's dog) had her puppies too! She was actually due after Roxi but ended up having hers about 15 hours before Roxi, so all the puppies have the same birthday! The picture above is Lily's tiny tiny baby girl.. isn't she precious?
Lily is such a good mommy too! She had 2 girls and 2 boys as well!
I got glasses! Ok.. so I don't have to wear them unless I'm working on my computer or doing tedious upclose work.. but they have been helping with my headaches! Phew!
Other things that happened in August:
- Nephew Porter got blessed
- Mom turned 50
- Family fun @ the bee's game
- Shopping with my sisters at the gateway
- I got to take Tim, Megan & Emerie's family photos
- I was SUPPOSED to have my first slowpitch softball game last night (but Roxi went into labor an hour before my game)
- More softball
- Seeing a couple of my friends I haven't seen in months
- Going to Lagoon for the first time in FOREVER
- Shooting my first wedding in Park City
- Participating in the Buddy Walk with Porter and our family
- Counting down the days til our cruise! 37 days until Florida, 40 days until the cruise!
- Watching Roxi's puppies grow & change

I'm pretty sure we have the same glasses except mine are black with green :) We're so excited to see the many puppies! Don't worry we'll be around a lot this weekend! We're going to Lagoon and coming for Sunday dinner. Porter misses you too, and can't wait to see his favorite uncle Tyler! We love you!

I've enjoyed hanging out with you SO much this August! You've made my summer so much fun & Emerie loves her Aunt Rachael! I had so much fun with you & Devanee at the Gateway with Emerie...And all of our family activities. It's just been a blast. I hope there is much more to come!

I am SO excited for Lagoon. It's been TOO long for me, too. I'm glad there will be people there to help us with Emerie.
So...I decided since we're really bad at taking you to ice cream, we'll just pay for the buddy walk. BUT - we should go out for ice cream anyways someday.
I can't wait until the puppies are weaned. I've never had a dog & I'm so excited. I badly wanted one last time, but with Matty it would have been too hard. Now I'm so excited. We should go buy dog stuff together since I have no idea what to buy.
I'm so jealous about the cruise but so excited for you! What a fun family vacation!

That is way crazy that lilly and roxi ended up both having two boys and two girls! Congrats though! looks like you have had a great month! I know august went by way too fast! I wish cody and I could've come on the cruise too.. We will be getting ready for emma's first birthday though and moving in november, yes again. Anyway glad you two are doing great miss you guys like crazy!! Luvs and Hugs
Okay, so the picture of you and Nic turned out at my wedding but not ours..grr TYLER..LOL the puppies are so stinking cute! I miss you so much, call me soon.
